Community Care at Home Church
At Home Church, we believe that Everyone Needs Jesus, Everyone Needs a Home—and that home extends beyond our walls into the heart of our community. Our Community Care space is where faith meets action, serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need throughout our city.
Every week, our Bus Ministry is picking up 20-30 riders from across the city, ensuring that distance or transportation never stands between anyone and the love of Christ.
As well, each week, every school‑aged child in our program receives a full week of lunches to take home — filling not only their stomachs, but reminding them they are seen, supported, and loved.
Through our Hamper Program, we partner with local families facing the very real food crisis that touches so many households today. We believe no family should have to choose between necessities, and we're committed to helping bridge the gap with practical support and genuine compassion.
Throughout the year, we do multiple campaigns across our City, that you can be involved in;
- Park Pop-ups – bringing church to the community
- Summer Camp – a summer gathering at our Red Deer campus, across 3 days
- Kids Nights Out – providing safe, fun environments for youth
- Christmas Experience – celebrating the season with wonder
- Christmas is for Everyone – our annual toy and hamper drive ensuring every family experiences the joy of Christmas
"If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." – 1 John 3:17-18
